LICENSE OR LEASE WITH BOONDOCK STOP
Boondock Stop offers leases for ground mount units, or licenses with a revenue share program for sites with paid permissible parking.
Leased travel stop units include all monthly service and maintenance. Units can be custom branded and configured to meet your needs and site requirements. Contact us today to discuss lease options.
For site owners with Boondock Stop paid permissible parking, monthly income can exceed $2,800 per month depending on traffic in your area. Owners receive revenue share checks monthly based on sales from the previous month. Each state of the art unit is remotely monitored including real time monitored video. That security is further extended to your property in that Boondock Stop will place appropriate signage and call the police for any unpermitted activity or vehicles at the site.

WHERE TO FIND BOONDOCK STOP
Suitable Boondock Stop unit locations include truck stops, hotels and motels, retail centers, and municipal sites with licenses directly with local government. Sites can range in size and configuration to fit most locations. Sites must have existing infrastructure including sewer, water and electric.
Minimum site requirements include 110V 30 amp electric with service provided with standard 110 receptacle within 40’ of Boondock Stop trailer. Water service provided by municipality or well with access available by spigot with pressure ranging from 30 to 50 lbs. Municipal sewer or septic acceptable in accordance with state and local ordinance.
FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
The unit is accessible to users by using either the on-site kiosk, or the cloud based application.
Owners, for additional income have the ability to participate in monthly operation by performing on-site inspections and other various small tasks, or Boondock Stop will provide all needed management.
